Yes, you can add pixels from multiple ad accounts.
No. You don't need to log in to Facebook to add a pixel.
The Purchase event fires once per real order, not every time someone opens checkout or the thank-you page. To test, place a real order and check Events Manager.
The pixel is probably firing more than once. Check your theme, added scripts and other apps for duplicates.
In Shopify, go to Apps › Manage subscription. Need help? Contact support.
